I work long hours, and I can be very opinionated, stubborn, and lazy. I knew I had to do something to be healthier, but I could never make real, permanent changes to my lifestyle to actually do something about it. Christine has been instrumental in guiding me toward better health habits; a whole-food, plant-based diet; and an exercise routine that works for me. As a result, I've lost 15 pounds, sleep better, and have a lot more energy at home and at work.
