Nutritionist Christine Frost teaches a Monday evening continuous class in the upstairs room of the Holistic Med Spa located in the North Hills area of Raleigh, NC. Please come prepared to learn about why eating more fruits and veggies is important to our overall health, how to heal with food, and tactics to stay healthy and fit using the right kinds of nutrients for you body. There will be lively discussions, questions and answers, occasional videos and book reviews and best of all…COOKING. Yes, we will make a small dish during class and hand out samples of delicious plant based food. Do you have a New Year’s Resolution to eat better in 2019? Now is your chance to get the support you need to get started! During this two hour workshop, you will be given information about Hungry Harvest and how you can utilize it to eat more fruits and vegetables in the new year, plus two worksheets on creating a personalized Well Life Vision and a SMART Goal to get you started. Also, Christine Frost, CHC and Dr. Jonathan Sheline will talk about the fundamentals of positive habit change and the benefits of eating plant based. You will leave with a clear understanding of how to accomplish your goals and access to continued support if you need it. This is also our monthly plant based potluck so bring a dish to share that is vegan and free of processed oils and sugars. Kid friendly! Bring a friend!
